Giving you good service is my goal.

Buying or selling a house is a major decision. Helping you through the process is only part of the job of a Realtor. Knowing the market, knowing houses, knowing what will suit your needs are some of the things that give you confidence in this process.

Goal #1 is to help you feel at ease in the buying process. For you to make the right choice about a house has some very objective requirements about it. You want the right amount of space, the right number of bedrooms and baths, the right location, and the list goes on. But there are some subjective things about the decision you make also. You need to feel that this is the house for you. After looking at more houses than I care to admit, I was discouraged. But then, the Realtor that was helping us took us to one that was priced a bit higher than what we had in mind, but when we walked in, we knew this was the one. I want my clients to find the house that they know is the right one.

Goal #2 is to answer any questions that you have. Some things I canít answer such as, "Is this a good neighborhood?" "Is it safe?" Those are important questions, but you need to check those things out for yourself as you are the only one that really knows what you are looking for.

Goal #3 is to answer questions about the process so that you know what you are doing and are comfortable with each step. Asking questions is needed if you are going to be at ease in the buying process. It doesnít bother me no matter how many questions you ask.

Goal #4 is to make sure that you know the house you buy was your decision, not mine. I will give you proís and conís for buying the house or not buying it. If I bring up something that you have not thought about, then it will help you in making sure that your decision is the right one.

Selling your house is a different situation. In this unpredictable market it is impossible to make promises. Your house may sell very quickly. It may take longer. There may be a certain amount that you want to get for it, and because of that, it may take longer. The only problem is, the longer it takes, usually, the less you will get for it. We want to price it right, and then, if no buyers come, lower it in smaller increments so that we can get as much as possible.

I do hope that you will give me the opportunity to serve you. I will do my best to help you get the best deal possible. I will work hard for you.
