Selling Your Home

Sellling your home is a most traumatic move. It may mean a change of location, a change of schools, maybe a new phase of life.  There may be memories that you don't want to forget, or you may have memories that you would like to forget.  Moving to a new locations has benefits, but it can also have heart wrenching times in it.

The first step in selling is to decide the price that you should ask. If you price it too high, it won't sell.  If you price it too low, you lose hard earned money.  Pricing is very important.

The next thing is when you should sell.  If you want to buy another house, you probably need to sell the one you are in, before you can buy anther.  Some don't want to list their house until they know where they will be moving, but if you can't buy what you want until you sell, you had better get your house sold.  Then you know how much money you have gotten out of your present house, and how much you have to spend for the new.  If your house is for sale, you can be looking to see what is available, but make sure that your present house is sold.
